USA Orders: We ship with Expedited Parcel™ - USA (above 1 kg) or with USA Air Small Packet™ (up to 1 kg). Delivery typically takes between 4 to 12 business days. Everything we ship has insurance so in case your shipment is lost you will get a 100% refund.
Please note delivery to Hawaii and Alaska is estimated at 28 days.

Returns Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note that return charges are the customers responsibility. Before returning the item please contact sales@odasfashion.com for return instruction.

All merchandise sold on sale is final and cannot be returned unless it is damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We also strongly recommend to use a trackable shipping method.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For international buyers we strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND using FedEx or UPS because of their ridiculously high brokerage fees. USPS works just fine.
The parcel can take up to 15 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
Faulty Item:
If the item you received is faulty, please contact sales@odasfashion.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Discount codes & vouchers:
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
