Payment Policy:

At odasfashion.com we accept VISA, American Express and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept PayPal.

Shipping Policy:

We usually ship the next business day. If you made your purchase on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be posted on Monday only.

Please pay your shipping charges! Otherwise, we will not deliver the items until we collect the shipping charges. If you do not know what your shipping charges will be, just email us and we will provide you with all information.

Canadian Orders: We ship from Alberta, Edmonton using usually Canada Post's Domestic Expedited Parcel and typically it takes 3 to 10 business days for delivery. Everything we ship has tracking and insurance so in case your shipment is lost you will get a 100% refund. Once 10 business days has passed from the shipment date we can submit a claim on your behalf with Canada Post, we take care of the claim process and you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

USA Orders: We usually ship with Expedited Parcel™ - USA (above 1 kg) or with USA Air Small Packet™ (up to 1 kg). Delivery typically takes between 4 to 12 business days. Everything we ship has insurance so in case your shipment is lost you will get a 100% refund.

Please note delivery to Hawaii and Alaska is estimated at 28 days.

Returns Policy:


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge and 3.5% to cover processing fees) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note that return charges are the customers responsibility. ITEMS ON SALE ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Before returning the item or items please contact sales@odasfashion.com for return instruction.

Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We also strongly recommend to use a trackable shipping method.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For international buyers we strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND using FedEx or UPS because of their ridiculously high brokerage fees. USPS works just fine.
The parcel can take up to 15 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item:

If the item you received is faulty, please contact sales@odasfashion.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I received the wrong item:

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact sales@odasfashion.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Discount codes & vouchers:

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
