Q: Are your prices in US or Canadian dollars?
A: Since we are a Canadian company all of our prices are in Canadian dollars. Also for your convenience you can chose the currency by
clicking on a price.

Q: Do you accept Credit Card payments?
A: Yes, we accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards.

Q: Do you accept PyPal?
A: Yes, we accept PayPal.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Cost to ship in Canada with Canada Post's Domestic Expedited Parcel is 0.00 Canadian Dollars, cost to ship to US with Canada Post's Expedited Parcel USA is 0.00 Canadian Dollars. Yes, that is right - we have a FREE Shipping for Canada and USA (including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii)!

Q: Do I have to pay GST?
A: If you live outside of Canada no tax at all is applied. Rest of Canada, yes, we have to charge GST for all orders as GST is a federal tax. GST is charged at 5%.

Q: Do I have to pay HST?
A: The HST owned will be calculated on the invoice during checkout. HST is charged at 13% but includes GST.

Q: Do I have to pay PST?
A: We are based in Alberta where there is no PST, so do not have to collect PST in any other provinces, we only charge GST (and HST if you are in an HST province).

Q: Do you have a shop?
A: No, we do not have a shop. We are a Canada based Internet Retailer.

Q: I am buying lots of stuff, can I have a discount?
A: Usually, YES. It is always a good idea to contact us before you make your purchase as we might have some discount for you even in case if you buying just one or two items.

Q: I was attempting to purchase an item from your store but when the webpage calculates my total it changes from the US price to the Canadian price so this caused me to cancel the order. Can you explain if this is a mistake or what I might not be understanding?
A: There is no mistake here. This is like reading the temperature in Fahrenheit and Celsius or Kelvin - those are different numbers but they actually mean the same temperature. We are a Canadian based company so during checkout the price will be shown in Canadian dollars not in US Dollars or any other currency. You should not worry about this because at the end your credit card or PayPal account will be charged in your local currency.
